The Greater Dania Beach Chamber of Commerce is opposed to Amendment 4, (formerly known as Hometown Democracy), a constitutional amendment that would require all rezoning and amendments to local comprehensive plans to be approved via referendum.

Passage of Amendment 4 would affect our local economy, make it difficult to attract and keep companies and jobs in our state and would cause additional expense to companies that might locate or expand their business in our community at a significant cost to taxpayers.
